Schedule Library

What is the Schedule Library?​

The schedule library is a collection of pre-built schedule templates designed for common recovery scenarios. Instead of building a schedule from scratch, you can start from a proven template and customize it.

Access the Library​

  1. In the sidebar, click Schedules
  2. Click Schedule Library (or the library icon)
  3. Browse available templates

Use a Template​

  1. Find a template that matches your use case
  2. Click to preview the schedule structure (stages, timing, channels)
  3. Click Use this template to create a new schedule based on it
  4. Customize the name, timing, templates, and send days to match your needs
  5. Save and assign customers

Tip: Templates are starting points — you can modify every aspect after creating the schedule.
