Your Profile Settings
Access Your Profile
- In the sidebar, click Settings
- Go to the Profile tab
What You Can Update
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Full name | Your display name across the application |
| Phone number | Your personal phone number — also used when sending test SMS |
| Language | Your preferred interface language (English or French) |
Test SMS and Your Phone Number
When you send a test SMS from the template editor, it is sent to the phone number saved in your profile. This ensures test messages go to you and not to a customer.
Important: If your profile has no phone number, the test SMS feature will not work.
Change Your Password
You can change your password directly from your profile:
- Scroll to the Change Password section
- Enter your current password (required for verification)
- Enter your new password — it must meet these requirements:
- At least 10 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Confirm your new password
- Click Change Password
Your new password cannot be the same as your current one.
Changing Your Email
Your email address is tied to your login account and cannot be changed from the profile page. Contact your administrator if you need to update it.
