Last 7 Days Metrics
Same metrics as above over a 7-day period — useful for detecting trends.
Bounce Detail Table
Each listed bounce includes:
- Recipient email address
- Bounce type:
- Permanent: invalid address, non-existent domain, long-full mailbox → never retry
- Temporary: temporarily full mailbox, server unavailable → automatic retries
- Bounce reason (technical message from destination server)
- Date and time of bounce
Recommended actions for permanent bounces
- Note the email address
- Update the customer profile with a valid address
- Or switch channel (SMS) if you have the customer's phone number
Complaint Detail Table
Each listed spam complaint includes:
- Recipient email address
- Complaint date
- Reason (if provided by the ISP)
What a complaint means
A complaint rate > 0.1% can lead to:
- Deliverability penalties from ISPs (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
- Blacklisting of your sending domain or IP
- Blocking by your email service provider
How to reduce complaints
- Personalize your messages — generic emails are more often marked as spam
- Respect opt-outs immediately
- Check the tone — avoid overly commercial or alarming language in early stages
- Validate addresses before importing customers
