Dashboard — understanding your statistics

Overview

The dashboard is your home page after login. It gives you an instant snapshot of your collection status without navigating through each section.


Stat Cards (Top)

Five clickable cards give you a real-time overview:

Active Customers

  • Total count of active customers in your company (excluding directory)
  • Clickable → opens the active customer list

Templates

  • Total count of templates created (drafts + active)
  • Clickable → opens the template list

Schedules

  • Total count of schedules
  • Sub-indicator: number of active schedules
  • Clickable → opens the schedule list

Stopped (no follow-up)

  • Alert badge: number of customers with Stopped status (cycle ended, awaiting action)
  • Clickable → filtered list of Stopped customers

Lost Customers

  • Alert badge: number of customers with Lost status (cycles exhausted, no response)
  • If 0 → card is green (all good)
  • If > 0 → card is orange/red (action recommended)
  • Clickable → filtered list of Lost customers

Billing Usage Card

This card displays your current month's consumption:

  • Subscription tier: name of your plan (e.g., Essentiel, Entreprise)
  • SMS used: X / Y
    • Orange progress bar
    • Resets on the 1st of each month
  • Emails used: X / Y
    • Blue progress bar

If you see a bar above 80% — consider purchasing add-on packages in Settings → Billing.


Company Info Card

  • Company name
  • Configured timezone (e.g., America/Toronto)
  • Your role in this company

Quick Actions

Three quick access buttons for the most common tasks:

  1. Add Customer → opens the customer creation form
  2. Create Template → opens the template creation page
  3. Create Schedule → opens the schedule creation page

Company Switcher

If your account has access to multiple companies, the company switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you switch between them.

Dashboard statistics change based on the selected company.


What the Dashboard Doesn't Show

For more detailed information:

  • Payments pending review → Payments → Review Queue
  • Unread SMS conversations → SMS Inbox
  • Email/SMS health → Settings → Email Health / SMS Health
  • Billing history → Settings → Billing
